Our Policy for CozyTroon - Your satisfaction, our priority

At CozyTroon we attach great importance to your complete satisfaction. We make every effort to offer you products of the highest quality. Nevertheless, we understand that there may be times when the delivered product does not fully match your expectations. To accommodate such circumstances, we offer you a transparent and simple returns policy.

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the online store are at your own expense. If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at info@cozytroon.nl. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

  1. Period: You have 28 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.

  2. Unused and undamaged condition: The product must be in unused and undamaged condition to be eligible for a return. This means that the product must not show any signs of wear and the packaging must still be in its original condition.

  3. Original packaging: The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals and other associated items.

  4. Returns process: To initiate a return, you must contact our customer service at info@cozytroon.nl. Our customer service representatives will guide you through the returns process and provide you with a returns label if necessary.

  5. Return costs: If the return is the result of an error on trendy.nl or the receipt of a defective product, we will bear the return costs. In other cases, if you wish to return the product without any defects or error on our part, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

  6. Refund: Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will issue a refund. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction.

  7. Exceptions: Some products may not be covered by our standard returns policy, such as hygiene products, food products and personalized items. Please check the product page or contact our customer service for more information.
